I’ve heard so much about the Woovebox Pro, but I have to be 100% honest with you guys: I am struggling. This tiny device packs a 16-part multi-timbral engine and a deep sequencer, but the workflow is unlike anything I’ve used before.
In this video, we go through the unboxing, check out the accessories (the Pro comes with some great breakout cables and a vocoder mic), and try to get a basic sequence going using the "Free Beats" method. We also talk about the return of the top-down mirror setup and why I’m shouting out Cuckoo today.
It's not all sunshine and heat—sometimes the gear just doesn't click right away.
