The Three Passes Trek in Nepal-Episode 3-Tengboche Monastery

Описание: The Three Passes Trek is in Nepal absolutely stunning. The Himalayan vistas are breathtaking, the people are incredibly friendly and the Dal Bhat is tasty. This trek takes you over 3 high passes; Renjo La, Cho La and Kongma La, all over 5,000 meters (16k feet). A little swing to Everest Base Camp is frosting on the cake. I did this trek in mid-November to early December, there's no snowstorms at this time, but it's a little chilly at night. The walk from Namche to Tengboche is stunning. A little up, a little down, and it all culminates at a beautiful Buddhist monastery on top of a mountain. The scenery in this episode will knock your socks off! I also eat chocolate cake at a hilltop bakery, it was amazing.
