How to Pass the Real Estate Exam | North Carolina

Описание: I've put together 5 tips that can get you over the hump on the real estate exam for both National and State. Most students fail the test by 1 or 2 questions and this is an actual statistic. Utilizing what I'm saying here can hopefully get you past that common grade zone.

This will also be useful when taking post licensing courses as well.

1) Study chapters 7 and 11 heavily.
2) Know your math! Don't be scared here - just do it
3) Come back to questions you don't know
4) The national and state answers aren't that different
5) Use logic. Take a step back and think through this stuff
