Tory Lanez's lawyer Crystal Morgan asked a three-justice panel of the California Court of Appeals' 2nd District, Division Three to exonerate him of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020.
Here's the entire first part of her argument.
Justices Lee Smalley Edmon, Anne H. Egerton and Rashida A. Adams of the 2nd District Court of Appeals, Division Three have already rejected Lanez's two habeas petitions alleging new evidence.
