Описание: I got a ton of requests to do the new Justin Bieber hairstyle from the i-D Magazine shoot.
I bleached out the mannequin then cut the sides going from 3 1/2 guard then by hand to about 1/2 an inch. The top is disconnected. The sides are cut about 1 1/2 inches down past the part on each side and angled longer in the front to about 6 inches.
I used Tidal Wave, Talc & Red Carpet Shine Spray to style.
