The United Liberty Paper contact kicks off a high-flying op in "Dust Off" Part 1, briefing Niko on stealing a helicopter for covert work. From the Triangle office, drive to Civilization Committee Plaza in East Holland and begin tailing the target chopper as it lifts off. Shadow it discreetly through Algonquin's streets—stay close but not too aggressive to avoid spooking the pilot.
This setup phase builds tension for the heist, testing your driving skills amid traffic. Once the chopper lands at the west Algonquin docks, the real action begins in Part 2. No reward yet, but it leads to $7,000 upon full completion.
