I caught a very lucky break this week as Macon County delayed their siren test due to 1st Tuesday falling on New Year's Day, so I managed to get two 1st Tuesdays tests this month. This was also a great opportunity to get some of Decatur's RM-130s finally recorded.
This was meant to be a recording of the T-128 on Jordan St. north of Condit St., but it failed for some reason. However, the ambiance that came from this recorder was absolutely killer. You can hear several RM-130s, a couple 2001s, and possibly the other T-128 on the west side of town. You can also hear the RM-130 at Fire Station #4 dropping pitch through the test.
