The Police Arboretum Memorial Trust has launched its first thematic tribute to women killed in policing.
The memorial film commemorates the 69 women killed across policing from forces in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and includes a moving tribute to PC Sharon Beshenivsky from Chief Constable John Robin QPM DL.
The event, on Tuesday 26 November, at the BT Tower in London was attended by the Policing Minster, senior leaders from across policing, families of the fallen, Patrons and Trustees, together with those who support the ongoing work of the trust.
