Описание: Often called 'the best Prime Minister Britain never had', Denis Healey was a towering figure in 20th century politics. Although he held many of the great offices of state, Healey hated the idea of the 'professional politician' with no outside interests. Music and books sustained him in life, and his wife Edna described them as his "hinterland". We filmed Denis and Edna in conversation with the former Poet Laureate, Sir Andrew Motion, at the beautiful Healey family home in Sussex.
