The Colorado Gambit is a fun chess opening for black against 1. e4 which comes out of the Nimzowitsch Defense. The Colorado Gambit has a ton of chess opening tricks, chess opening traps, chess opening moves, chess opening ideas, and chess opening theory. In today's YouTube chess video I cover a personal chess game in which case I played the Colorado Gambit to win fast!

The Nimzowitsch Defense is a top tier chess opening for black against 1. e4. The Nimzowitsch Defense is fun, rare, sound, and dangerous. I personally enjoy the Nimzowitsch Defense Kennedy Variation, and I know many of you like the Nimzowitsch Defense Scandinavian Variation! Both are great chess opening lines/chess opening variations, but what if white goes into the Nimzowitsch Defense Declined with 2. Nf3? We have 2. e5 which simply transposes into 1. e4 e5 type chess openings. Many don't want to play against stuff like the Ponziani Opening, Italian Opening, or Giuoco Piano BUT if you like the chess opening theory from the black side this can be a good choice. If you don't want to play the Nimzowitsch Defense Williams Variation or e5 transposition, the Colorado Gambit is a great choice! Chess opening theory on the black chess opening can be seen below!
