As XR, generative AI, and digital twins become central tools for cultural storytelling, creators face a growing tension: how to scale cultural experiences globally without losing local meaning, credibility, or inclusivity. This panel brings together XR leaders working across indigenous storytelling, generative AI, and UNESCO-linked digital twin projects to examine authenticity as a design problem, not an abstract ideal. Through real-world cases, panelists will discuss how local voices are embedded in XR production pipelines, how AI can support rather than dilute cultural specificity, and how cultural authenticity intersects with inclusion, tourism, and commercial viability.
