Growing up in Flatbush Brooklyn, I often saw graffiti tags from a famous writer in Flatbush known as “#DinkerPBS.” P.B.S. means “paying back society.” Graffiti pieces from #DinkPBS, or DinkerPBS can be seen to this very day across #NewYorkCity.
