Confidence is a massive factor for many people. Most don’t feel confident before they start but, as long as this isn’t visible to the audience it’s OK – and it’s natural. A great way to increase confidence is to prepare thoroughly; draw strength from the fact you know your subject. However, public speaking is something that terrifies some people if they are honest with themselves. It is rarely something engineers are trained in and for many it doesn’t come naturally. Santosh dev thakur is founder of campusview. By profession he is a motivational speaker and corporate trainer. He has been 3 times awarded as the national motivational speaker by different firms. Mr. Thakur is committed for social development of students. He completed his engineering from a college in odisha. By know his firm campusview has 4 offices in Patna, ranchi, Bhubaneswar and kolkata. He has been an author of a book named "who made engineering a joke" Being a student itself, he started working for different organisations so that he could achieve enough experience that can help him to be an expert in this field. Currently he is working for his firm called "zeet zindagi" for uplifting the needy students. As motivational speaker he has been politically associated with bjp, bjd, Indian oil, aakash institute, tatwa technology and many more.
