i thought this was The Sorrow (MGS' resident creepy guy) at first, then i saw The End's name in the credits & obviously it was him after hearing all of the radio transmissions.
it makes me think that his canon death was when Big Boss sniped him in his wheelchair, so now his haunting him because he didn't give a dying old man his last wish, having a sniper duel with him.
Sucks to be Big Boss though, a man who is afraid of vampires, zombies, supernatural beings & believes in Santa Claus.
