A summer internship at AFMC was a great opportunity for us who are pursuing a career in the medical field to gain practical experience and exposure to the workings of a renowned medical institution. The internship program at AFMC under MUHS typically lasts for 2 weeks and is open to students from various medical colleges.

During the internship, we were assigned to different departments and given hands-on training under the guidance of experienced faculty members. They got us to interact with patients, observe surgeries and procedures, attend lectures and seminars, and participate in research activities.

Overall, a summer internship at AFMC provided us a valuable learning opportunity and help us develop skills and knowledge in the field of medicine. It might also be a stepping stone towards a rewarding career in the Indian Armed Forces or other healthcare organizations.
