Rose laddoo is a simple and delicious very different, unusual sweet for any festival or guests at home.
Ingredients
Almond 1 1/2 cup
Use 1 cup for ladoo 1/2 cup to coat
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar -1 cup
Rose extract -2 tsp
Rose food coloring
Condensed milk 100g
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour milk powder and sugar with 1/3 cup water and heat until it is nonsticky. Can add ghee.
2. Make laddoos while it’s warm
3. Dip the laddoos onto condensed milk and coat with chopped almonds and mixed nuts.
