⚠️ IMPORTANT: This video is for people who have already completed an Introduction to TRE® workshop or learned with a certified TRE® provider. If you're new to TRE®, please do not attempt these practices without proper training.
Why proper training matters:
TRE® involves working with the nervous system and can bring up strong sensations or emotions. Learning the basics with a qualified practitioner ensures you understand how to self-regulate, recognize your limits, and practice safely.

In this personal TRE® - Tension Releasing Exercises - practise, I wanted to continue my journey of inviting movements upwards from my legs into my torso and upper body. Like many people, my tremoring has been limited to my legs and pelvis for some time, so in previous video sessions I have slowly explored moving the tremors upwards into the waist.
Today I wanted to see if we could get any further - and it was a success! 🥳 I experienced movements in my upper body and shoulders, taking me closer to full body tremoring.
You can watch my entire unedited session - with commentary - to see what I did and how it evolved.
I highly recommend watching this video series in order, starting with number 1, as it is a gradual journey that I recorded over 3 separate sessions. It's also interesting to watch once with the audio and once without sound. I was able to notice and read a lot of interesting things in my body's movements by having the sound off.
I'd like to thank Richmond Heath from TRE® Australia. I attended a TRE® Masterclass that he led for TRE® Providers and Trainers this week and the intervention was inspired directly from that.

HOW TO LEARN TRE®:
It is recommended to learn TRE with a certified provider for your first 3-5 TRE® sessions. This is because it can be a very new experience for many people — and it can feel a little ungrounding for some. It's important not to overstimulate the nervous system as this would be counterproductive. An experienced and full certified provider to help you recognise your signs of activation and grounding, and to help ensure that you go at the right pace for you.
