It's no secret that Prestwich has become a serious foodie spot over the last few years, and Codi's Kitchen is a big part of that.
Founder Codi has taken years of experience working in some of the city's swankiest kitchens and created a truly pan-Asian experience, featuring all your favourites like sushi, bao buns and chicken karagge.
The star of the show though? Their signature bang bang cauliflower in an aptly named firecracker sauce. It's vegan, it's gluten free and it's delicious - no wonder they sell about 30 kilos of the stuff every week.
