People come from all over the globe to experience the amazing qualities of Mexico. I frequently hear that what sells people on moving to the cities here is the combination of the warm climate, fresh food, friendly people, beaches, cheaper medical, dental care, and a lower cost of living.

THE TOWNHOUSE

2 Bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Sodzil in North Merida. Features a 2 story living space with an indoor garden on the lower level and colonial architecture with Mayan inspired details. Designated parking spot, pool, and out door seating area are included. Merida is a beautiful and safe city in Yucatán Mexico, 161mi/259km northwest of Tulum. The city has more of a laid back and calm feel compared to Cancun or Tulum. Great food, very friendly locals, and easy to navigate and find your way around.
