Bihar Saras Rasoi refers to the dedicated food zone found within the Bihar Saras Mela, a major state-level exhibition held annually in Patna. It is often synonymous with the popular "Didi Ki Rasoi" initiative.

The exhibition is currently active in Patna, showcasing rural craftsmanship and culinary heritage.

Location: Gandhi Maidan, Patna.
Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
The food stalls at the Saras Mela are primarily operated by JEEViKA Didis—women entrepreneurs from rural Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Purpose: To provide hygienic, nutritious, and affordable traditional food while empowering rural women.
The Menu: You can find authentic regional delicacies such as:
Litti Chokha: The iconic Bihari dish.
Sattu-based snacks: Kachoris and paranthas.
Traditional Sweets: Anarsa, Tilkut, and Khaja.
