DISNEYLAND HOTEL - DVC VILLAS DISCOVERY TOWER - Day 1 - Episode 1
We start the day with a visit and check in to the Disneyland Hotel. Today we are staying at the brand New DVC Villas at Disneyland Hotel Discovery Tower. We have a one bedroom studio and we are staying for one night. We make our way through the Disneyland Hotel and the heart of the hotel square, and into the Discovery Tower Villas for a quick tour of the lobby area and our room #1103.

It's then off for some lunch at Trader's Sam Enchanted Tiki Bar near the pool area. Trader Sam's is a great fun Hawaiian/tropical themed restaurant/bar. It was a great place to eat, themed wonderfully, and the food was pretty good, especially the short rib...delicious. Definitely recommend. We then heading through Downtown Disney to check out the Christmas themed area, and have some fun at Splitsville. This is a bowling and Restaurant set in the middle of Downtown Disney. Great fun and a good start to our weekend stay at the Disneyland Resort.

Next Up: We return to the DVC Villas, enjoy some dinner at the Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney to finish the night. We then enjoy a great breakfast at The Great Maple Restaurant at the Pixar Hotel before heading home.
