✨ Floating Candles DIY | Harry Potter Inspired Room Decor ✨
Bring a little Hogwarts magic into your home with these floating candles! In this DIY, I show how I made my own Harry Potter–inspired floating candles using emergency candles, fairy lights with a remote, and a simple hot glue method.
🕯️ Supplies I used:
Emergency candles
Fairy lights (with remote control)
Hot glue gun
🔧 How I made them (quick overview):
I hot glued the candle wick area to the LED fairy light to create a realistic floating flame effect, then arranged them to hang from the ceiling for that magical Great Hall look.
⚠️ Important Safety Note:
Please make sure the candle legs/wicks do not get hot when using your lights. Test everything before hanging, never leave them unattended, and craft at your own risk. These are decorative only and not real flames.
