Will Evolution Take Action Against This Erring Player who has been Bothering Dealers for 6 Years ?

Описание: I firmly believe that Evolution maintains a "Zero Tolerance" Policy towards Players who mis-behave on their Platform while Playing.

If so, will they take action against an Erring Player, who has been bothering Dealers, for nearly 6 years, despite several complaints by dealers, mainly Ms Natalja, the Game Presenter in this recorded Video ?

This is an unedited version of a Baccarat Gaming Session on Evolution Platform recorded very recently i.e. on 10th September 2021.

The following may please be Noted during the Video:

a) Two players Viz Hippo and Crazy007 ( referred to as Cheerful Guy by the Dealer) are mainly active in the Public Chat.
b) Hippo's remarks are mostly ignored by both the Dealer and C007.
c) the Dealer is often Visibly upset by the Remarks of Hippo yet behaves in an amazingly Friendly and Professional manner
d) the Chat Moderator Disables and deletes the Chat remarks of Player Hippo ( Minute 6-7)
e) The Player Hippo "reappears" in less than 5 minutes (minute 10 to 11) with a New Nickname viz. "Cloud" and continues bothering the Dealer from where he left off.
f) The dealer confirms that the Player has been more than Bothering her for 5 years and that no permanent solution has been found to the Problem.

Can Evolution not, if they desire, take severe action against the Erring Player, to prevent their dealers from being harassed ?
