Your load and stride are so important to the an MLB hitter and to any hitter! A proper load and stride in the hitting motion, set the swing up for success for everything to follow. Having the wrong movements during the load and stride set up the rotation, posture, bat path, and everything after for failure. Make sure to learn the proper hitting mechanics in order to be able to implement them in your swing.
