Train like a Witcher with Ciri as she does some hill repeats in the Blue Mountains of Kaedwen.
*6-15% gradient is probably ideal to maintain running form. Go higher (20%+) for incline walking. Or just go with whatever feels right for you. You can use the first set to get a feel for what is a good pace and grade.
Workout can also be done on an any other cardio machine. Just increase the resistance during the intervals.
