VBA suspends builder Andrew Little over public safety concerns and issues $160,000 fine

UPDATE: 21/01/2025
Today Andrew Donald Little unsuccessfully applied to the Supreme Court for an injunction against the VBA.
It follows the VBA’s decision to immediately suspend Little’s building registrations in the public interest. He also faces $160,000 in fines.
The court refused Little’s application and his suspension remains in place.
Little, of ADL Home Building & Constructions, is appealing the suspension to VCAT at a hearing on 25 February.
