15,000 Devout Catholics have come to Knock to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Apparition of Our Lady. The great gathering hears Mass, and amongst the pilgrims are some three hundred invalids, seeking the Holy Blessing. The Pilgrims, after the ceremony, make the stations of the Cross, and in the afternoon, the new statue of Our Lady of Knock, is carried in relays by representatives of the 32 countries of Ireland.
