Quick video of FR10 Cold-start to point where you would start running (approx 15 seconds). This video represents about the best you could hope for getting a GPS fix.
Unit Running latest software (as of April 2016) / v2.40 GPS version 3.00.
I've had the unit 2 years now and it has been faultless, battery life is about 4 to 5 hours on GPS... I did a 4 hour run last week and it had 25% battery left.
Upgrading soon to a Fr220 as I fancy something with wireless sync.
