Denise Held uses the gentle Reflexolo-chi™form of foot reflexology to help people feel better!  Her years of working as a Registered Nurse have given her a solid foundation as an empathetic and compassionate caregiver.
Office hours are:  Tuesdays 1:30 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.,  Thursdays 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays 1:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Denise studied foot reflexology as a student of Gloria Zimet, obtaining her certification in foot reflexology and  Reflexolo-chi™in 2007.  She previously worked for over twenty years as a Staff Nurse at U of M Hospitals on the Gynecology, Surgery Oncology, Medicine Hematology-Oncology, Urology and General Medicine units.  Before that, she worked as a Public Health Nurse in Kent County, MI and as a Visiting Nurse with the Boston Visiting Nurses Association.  She graduated from the University of Michigan in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
