This video is an example of the 2025 Dance Prescription Concept Video Challenge...a chance for dancers to step outside the studio and become choreographers, directors, and performers.

Each year, DP dancers work independently or in small groups to create an original concept video that showcases:

Strong jazz technique
Clear storytelling
Thoughtful music, setting, and performance
Creative camera work and editing

Ethan created this piece as part of his Dance Prescription training, taking full ownership of the choreography, concept, and performance, exactly what this challenge is designed to develop.

This project isn’t about perfection.
It’s about collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and belief in your own ideas.
