Others absorb protein better from dairy or soy. Your chronotype also matters — morning people may do best with a 25–30g protein breakfast (think idli–sambar, paneer paratha, chilla-dahi), while evening types often respond better to protein-rich dinners (rajma-chawal, paneer sabzi, tofu stir fry).
