Описание: The battery's dead. It won't fire at all without a healthy drink of gas poured down the carb. It's gutless, and clouds of fuel vapor occasionally spout from the air horn like old faithful under acceleration. The electric fuel pump bodged under the hood is a strong hint that the fuel supply system leaves something to be desired. There's a strange whistling noise emanating from the carburetor, and a horrible dry scraping noise from the water pump.
