Описание: Two Minutes with Forbes Farm at the Parkinson Rec Center in Kelowna! Steve spends a few minutes with us to show wheat grass, and bunch of stuff anyone can grow indoors, year round.

But you don't have to take out the trouble - just check out the Parkinson Rec Center in Kelowna on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and you can see for yourself - and you can grab a tray, or just a single serving - and make ultra-fresh sammys!
