Truly Comfort food & highly popular in Fujian, China & also in Taiwan. This is also very popular cooking in entire southeast asian countries. ( aka Misua bola bola ) Make some today and enjoy.
Below are the list of those ingredients. Again thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor. Who type those list in his comment section. So we can conveniently COPY-PASTE-PRINT the same.
List of Ingredients: * created by HAPPY WOK *
12 oz ------ ground pork
3 Tbsp ---- each, minced carrot & yellow onion
4 Tbsp ---- all purpose flour
1 pc -------- egg
1/2 tsp ---- white pepper
2 Tbsp ---- cooking oil & garlic (minced)
6 cups ---- water (for soup)
1 Tbsp ----- each, chicken bouillon & fish sauce
3 oz -------- Hokkien mee sua thin noodle
2 Tbsp ---- each, sesame oil & green onions
Note: 1) will make 18 meatballs, more or less.
2) you may freeze meatballs for later use.
