Overnight temperatures dropped to near freezing, leaving frost on the ground. But the stillness of the forest created space to slow down and listen.

Before the run, I returned to my morning Bible stack, reflecting on Psalm 51:10—a reminder that renewal isn’t something we force through effort, pressure, or grinding. It’s something we allow.

For most of my life, I’ve tried to figure myself out, build myself, and push forward on my own strength. This morning was about doing the opposite—learning how to trust God to recreate the man He already intended me to be.
