Swinging streamers for late spring steelhead using a skagit line on a switch rod. It's later in the season at this point I was pretty certain there would still be some fish in the river. I tied up a variety of streamers and the winning fly was a purple tube fly. Tube flies are hard to beat. I did have fish strike Zonkers as well.
Fly rod used is a 11" 6 weight St Croix switch rod.
Fly line is Airflo's switch streamer integrated skagit line paired up with a sink tip and leader material.
Rio's switch line on the second set up used.
