This is a remake of the recent Disney ‘Pixar Popcorn’ short, “Dancing with the Cars”. I will be doing “Unparalleled Parking” the following week, I did not expect this short to take so long as I kept wanting to get better with the sets and animation. While this short was rather dissapointing, I did try to include memorable/better music which luckily timed up. The main reason is to avoid copyright and hopefully one day be on the path for monetization. I am aware of fan service but I took this as a small chance to celebrate the music of Cars as I didn’t know what other royalty free songs I could use. I did my very best with the sound effects as that was one of my favorite elements of the original short. You will also notice I added lines from the Cars video game, including some speaking just to lighten up the mood. This was a great opportunity to test stop motion and movement as I have never really attempted motion this sophisticated and plan to use techniques like this later on.
