📝 Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
🥑 Main Ingredients:
2 Avocados (cubed)
1 Persian Cucumber (thinly sliced)
4 sticks Imitation Crab (Kani, shredded)
1 slice Lime
1 tbsp Tobiko (Fish Roe)
🥗 Dressing & Seasoning:
2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
🛠 Tsp = teaspoon (5ml) | Tbsp = tablespoon (15ml)
🔥 How to Make Avocado Kani Salad
1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients: Wash and dry all ingredients. Thinly slice cucumber, cube avocado, and shred kani (imitation crab).
2️⃣ Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber, kani, avocado, and tobiko. Drizzle with mayonnaise and squeeze fresh lime over everything.
3️⃣ Season & Toss: Add a pinch of salt & pepper, then gently toss everything together. Serve immediately & enjoy!
⚠️ Tip: Tobiko is already salt-cured, so don’t add too much extra salt!
