Welcome to the third installment of my La Belle Epoque Sewing Adventure, in which I tackle the bustle pad!

MATERIALS:
1 meter Black Cotton
1 meter cotton batting
1 meter 1.25 wide black twill tape
1.2 meters 1/2" wide twill tape for ties
Fibre fill
10 grommets
Thread
