📍Basil and Avocado Pesto
・Basil: About 20 leaves
・Avocado: 1 (approx. 120g)
・Lemon juice: 1/6 cut
・Grated Parmesan cheese: 1g
・Olive oil: 3 tbsp
📝Mix everything together and toss with cooled pasta. Add salt to taste at the end.

📍Korean-Style Gimbap
・Warm rice: 200g
・Sesame oil: 2 tsp
・Salt: a pinch
*Beef
・Beef brisket: 60-70g
・Sugar: 1 tsp
・Soy sauce: 2 tsp
・Sake: 1/2 tsp
・Garlic: a little
*Carrot
・Carrot: 1/4
・Salt: a little
・Sesame oil: 1 tsp
・White sesame seeds: a little
*Rolled omelet
*Lettuce
📍Kinako (Roasted Soybean Flour)
・Roasted soybeans: approx. 100g
・Sugar: 2-3 tbsp・Salt: a pinch
1. Dry roast in a frying pan over low heat for 1-2 minutes, then cool completely.
2. Grind in a blender, food processor, or mortar until finely powdered.
3. If texture is coarse, sift through a sieve or tea strainer.
4. Add sugar and a pinch of salt, mixing well until uniform.
