Homemade Vegan Burger Recipe | Delicious & Healthy Plant-Based Meal
In this silent cooking video, we’ll prepare a homemade vegan burger from scratch using soy, wheat gluten, chickpea flour, and flavorful spices.
Step by step, you’ll see how to make the perfect texture and taste — just like a real burger but fully vegan!
🌱 Ingredients:
-300 g dry soy
-100 g chickpea or lentil flour
-100 g corn starch
-100 g wheat gluten (vital wheat protein)
-200 g grated onion (water removed)
-50 g vegan butter
-20 g salt
-20 g spice mix
5 g chili flakes (Pul Biber)
15 g egg white powder (optional for texture)
🥣 Directions:
Soak the dry soy in cold water for 1 hour, then rinse and squeeze out all the water (final weight ~900 g).
Grind the soaked soy with vegan butter and onion until smooth.
Add all dry ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes until a uniform dough forms.
For a rich smoky flavor, add a few drops of liquid smoke and 1 tbsp paprika color.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Shape patties (~100 g each, 11 cm diameter).
