With exception of the Sonata in A Major with Fritz Kreisler, which is also on this channel, the present recordings represent Rachmaniinoff's entire output of recordings of Schubert's music. Although running only a scant thirteen minutes or so it is no less golden; the collaboration of two great geniuses.
Although care was taken to restore these recordings, some nearly a century old, some surface noise remains.
