Описание: Another calming and grounding technique found in James Nestor's book, "Breath". Also known as Coherent Breathing, when practiced properly all systems of the body work more efficiently as the heart, lungs and circulation reach a state of coherence. It's suggested nasal breathing, in and out, no pauses, for 4.5 to 5.5 seconds (give and take), 10 reps. Enjoy!
