Russian strikes continue to devastate Ukraine, killing at least six people and injuring dozens more in the past 24 hours. Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces reported that they have liberated nine settlements in the Oleksandrivka sector along the southeastern front. While uncertainty remains over the planned trilateral peace talks in Abu Dhabi, the Kremlin said "time will tell" whether they proceed. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed security cooperation with the UAE and called for stronger defense ties with Middle Eastern countries. On Tuesday, Ukraine received the first $1.5 billion tranche of the $8.1 billion IMF loan to bolster its budget and financial stability. Regarding the Druzhba pipeline dispute, Ukraine’s energy minister confirmed severe damage to the oil pipeline that supplies Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia.
