Light back training session focused on movement quality, posture, and easing back into regular work.
Nothing heavy today — just getting warm, getting blood moving, and putting in some clean volume.
Session included:
One-arm dumbbell rows for warm-up
Barbell rows
Straight-arm pulls
Close-grip pulldowns
This phase is about staying healthy, fixing weak links, and rebuilding consistency — not chasing numbers yet.
Next session will be chest work again, focusing on stretch and injury prevention before heavier pressing later in the year.
