Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said on Sunday (August 3) he was as horrified as the citizens of Israel, as he watched the videos of hostages Evyatar David and Rom Braslavski, showing both of them in deteriorating physical and mental conditions, raising concern among their families.
Netanyahu added that the videos showed what Hamas truly wanted, which is to break Israel.
"But we will not break. I am filled with even stronger determination to free our kidnapped sons, to eliminate Hamas, and to ensure that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to the State of Israel," Netanyahu said.
Israeli protesters rallied at Hostage Square in Tel Aviv on Saturday (August 2), demanding the Israeli government ends the Gaza war and ensures the return of all the hostages.
