Recipe:
Ingredients :
• Eggs 6
• Water to boil eggs
• Onions 3
• Vegetable oil 200 ml
• Ginger Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
• Cinnamon 1 inch
• Bayleaf 1
• Green cardamom 4
• Clove 4
• Salt to taste
• Corainder powder 2 tbsp
• Red chili 1 tbsp
• Turmeric a pinch
• Potatoes 4
• Yoghurt 1 cup
• Garam Masala ½ tbsp
• Fresh coriander
Method
• Boil eggs till well done . Peel and keep aside once done
• Make a paste of raw onions till eggs are getting boiled
• Take a kadhai and heat oil in it to cook curry base
• Add ginger garlic paste to the oil and saute for a minute
• Add cinnamon, bayleaf , green cardamom and cloves to the kadhai.
• Now add the onion paste and saute till 10 minutes till onions are done.
• Once onions leave oil add the powdered masalas. Coriander powder , red chili powder, turmeric and salt
• After adding spices fry till oil separates.
• Now add the potatoes to the masala.
• Now add yoghurt and saute it.
• Add water and let it cook till potatoes are done. Cover the lid and leave for 15 minutes
• Till curry is being cooked fry the boiled eggs till it gets slight golden colour crisp coating .
• Once eggs are done and potatoes are cooked add the boiled eggs to the kadhai and let it cook all together for 5 Minutes
• Add garam masala once its cooked.
• Garnish with Coriander and serve.
