This theme is from Zero 3 and is the boss theme for Omega's third form - Zero's original body.
Judging from fanart and fanfic, it seems some people think that Omega is the original Zero. I personally thought it was clear that the Zero you play as is original Zero's mind in a fresh body, and Omega is a fresh (evil) mind in original Zero's body. Anyhow, Zero's lucky that this isn't Fullmetal Alchemist.
