We sail to Martinique, the fabled French island. We indulge in the French Caribbean culture and cuisine, explore the southern towns of Ste. Anne and Le Marin, while spending the Christmas holidays with cruising friends. We discover that our mainsail needed repair and didn't look forward to the job of taking it down. But it went better than expected, and we rewarded ourselves with nice beach walks and sunsets.
