Upper Body Workout Routine:
Behind the neck pull ups 5-8 reps
Wide grip pull ups 10-15 reps
Wide grip chin ups 10-15 reps
Close grip pull ups 10-15 reps
Decline push ups 10-15 reps
Cobra push ups 10-15 reps
Diamond push ups 10-15 reps
Reverse dips 10-15 reps
Close grip push ups 10-15 reps
